Rafeek’s position with Beststar enables the company to extend its relationships and opportunities in a strategic direction, while monitoring and following up the daily work of staff within the group of divisions that comprise BESTSTAR. He is proficient in budget forecasting, improving market performance and sales. His strengths are in the growth of the business by finding new opportunities and partnerships, and in that vein will serve key business development objectives.

His skill sets enable Beststar to be prepared for its key roles in partnerships and joint ventures. He analyses proposals and project ideas and give recommendation to senior management. Rafeek has worked for UNRWA, UNDP, World Food Program, UNICEF, International center for bioaline agriculture and various NGOs in the design and management of economic empowerment programs and poverty reduction initiatives including, youth development, education, agriculture, and private sector development plus capacity building projects.
