Bennour “Amir” Amirouche, a 2018 master's graduate from the University of Bejaia where he obtained a master's Degree in Sociology of Work and Human Resources with an honorable mention, serves as a key to our abilities for expansion on the African continent. Additionally, Amir has earned his bachelor’s Degree in Sociology of Work, Employment and Organization. Amir brings the Beststar team an intellectual outlook and multi-lingual background to assist the development of our assets in North Africa and other French speaking regions.

While assisting Beststar, he is continuing his education and professional development through a practical license internship at the Bejaia University Hospital (CHU BEJAIA) where he will gain further knowledge and practical experience in medicine. Amir’s knowledge and skill sets include involvement and development with another multinational company called "IFRI" producing mineral water and various beverages where he is directly involved in inventory management, production control standards focusing on quality, hygiene, safety, and environment (QHSE), and further development of his practical skills with business related software programs. A strongly focused individual with a broad mindset for the value of team effort to achieve success, Amir serves his community leading a socio-cultural association, a university amateur sports club, and an active member of an association focused on developing humanitarian character while implementing programs to support impoverished children.
